In reply to Chris R. Hi Chris, I would start with trying to use a plant based heavy cream before trying to use oat milk. I think it would make it more watery than intended. If you decide to experiment, I'd love to know how it goes!

Quick, easy, and very good. We especially liked the creamy sauce. Before serving I added some freshly grated parmesan with a bit of fresh basil; served with salad, roasted broccoli, and bread. Delicious!
